Upon successful login you will be re-directed to the User Home Page or Dashboard.

1. Home: Choose the Home link any time to go back to the Home Page or Dashboard.
2. Help: Choose the Help link to view an online help and navigation guide about the current web page.
3. FAQ: Choose the FAQ link to review frequently asked questions about the Medicaid Web Portal.
4. Sign out: Choose the Sign Out link to securely and properly exit the Medicaid Web Portal.
5. News feed: This section of your Home Page has news headlines from across the health care industry.
6. Messages: This section of your Home Page shows message activity and alerts. You can check messages or Posts/Notifications by choosing the link. You’ll be redirected to the specific Inbox with the message or post.
7. About your secure benefits center: This section of your Home Page shows info or announcements from the health plan.
8. Resources: This part of your personal dashboard shows links you can use to navigate the portal.
9. My Account Tab: The My Account Tab/Link provides access to your Profile, Secure Internal Messaging and Health Tools.
10. Tasks Tab: The ‘Tasks’ tab allows you to perform two tasks as listed:
    • Search Authorizations
    • Search Claims
11. Administration: This page allows members to add users in support circle. The member may also search for users in support circle.
12. Contact Us: This section of your Home Page shows contact info (phone numbers) for the health plan. It also has a link to secure internal messaging.
