Member Self Registration

A Member can self-register into the Web Portal through an Unique Member ID along with DOB, Last name and ZIP Code which act as optional fields during the self-Registration and accept the disclaimer. Username, Password and Security Question are the most significant data which the user need to remember always. After successful Registration, an email will be triggered with a welcome message along with user's Username.

1. Member ID: Enter Member ID.
2. Date of Birth: Enter Date of Birth.
3. Member Last Name: Enter Member Last Name.
4. ZIP Code: Enter ZIP Code.
5. Select this button to proceed further.
6. Select this button to reset the criteria.
7. Select disclaimer button to view disclaimer message.
8. Select Member Registration tab to view registration criteria.

1. Select this button to accept conditions.
2. Select this button to decline conditions.
3. Enter all the mandatory details and Select this button to register successful.
